1. The welcome offer is only available to valid new account holders aged 18 or over making their first deposit with us.
2. These spins will be worth 10p each and valid on either Starburst, Aloha! Cluster Pays or Finn and the Swirly Spin.
3. Bonus Spins will be activated when the player launches Starburst, Aloha! Cluster Pays or Finn and the Swirly Spin. Once an eligible game has been launched, the spins must be used entirely on that game.
4. All winnings earned from the spins will be rewarded in bonus funds and carry a wagering requirement of 30x the total bonus amount earned. For example, bonus spin winnings of £10 would have a wagering requirement of £300 before converting into cash, up to a maximum of 4x the bonus amount awarded.
5. The maximum conversion amount from bonus funds will be capped at 4X the initial bonus amount awarded. For example, a £50 bonus would convert into a maximum amount of £200 cash once wagering is completed. Any winnings over that amount at the time of conversion will be voided.
6. Withdrawal of funds before the wagering is complete will void all bonuses and any winnings of these attributable to the account.
7. Only bets placed using bonus funds on slot games count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus. Bonus funds will be used once cash funds are depleted.
8. Wagers on Blackjack and Roulette do not contribute towards the reduction of the wagering requirement of bonus balances.
9. Bonus funds are exempt and unable to be used on the slots mentioned in the FAQ & some premium slots will contribute 75% to bonus wagering
10. Once credited, the spins will remain valid for 7 days. Any winnings from the spins will remain valid for 28 days. Should you not use the spins or complete the wagering requirements within these time frames, the spins and bonus funds will expire and be unavailable for redemption.
11. Only one bonus and one set of bonus spins can be active at a time. Please go to "my profile" section to view your entire bonus queue.
12. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group management reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such bets. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
13. All such offers are intended for recreational players and Management may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
14. Management reserves the right to cancel, terminate or alter any competition or promotion (or the rules thereof) at any time and without prior notification
15. You may opt-out of receiving promotions and associated promotional communications by contacting customer support.
16. If a player opts out of receiving bonuses at the point of making their first deposit, they will not be eligible for the welcome offer on later deposits.
17. Employees, officers and directors of Grace Media Limited, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
